Here are a few of her recent efforts with cosplay.

La Mujer Murcielago or 'The batwoman' from Mexico

In Mexico, the Luchador or masked wrestlers have a popular place in Mexician culture, and the line
between wrestling and superheroes gets blurry.  The most popular one is the immortal El Santo who
starred in a series of quick exploitation films who would fight secret agents, vampires, undead, and
space creatures with wrestling moves honed inside the ring. His silver mask and cape definitely has the feel of a superhero.

In the wild world of Mexician cinema, comic book characters blur in the action, in this clip, El Santo and Captain America fight the evil spidermen...and no I'm not making it up...here is a clip from this film.

His success would spawn imitators, most notable is 1968 film, La Mujer Murcielago or 'The batwoman'...a female superheroine luchador who has a nemesis called Dr. Williams who was kidnapping wrestlers to use their brains to create evil fish men.

The batwoman's film has all the markings of a superheroine/wrestling/monster movie hybrid.

It is notable that her cape and cowl are a direct copy of the Adam West batman show which at the time was a huge hit on American television.  Hopefully like that Batman, La Mujer Murcielago can find a new cinema home in the future.
